Our focus is on relationships because of who we are as a church in people, resources, and gifts, and because of the challenges of our community and world.

Meet Our Pastor

Rev. Charlie Harper

Charlie has been the pastor at Grace since January, 2024, and he has been in full time ministry since 1997 serving primarily as a missionary to students through Youth for Christ. During that time with YFC, he has shared the gospel with thousands of students, and developed teams of staff and volunteers from a variety of church traditions, to lead ministry with students in public schools.

He holds three Master’s degrees including a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Master’s in Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a Master’s in Christian Ministry from United Theological Seminary. and an Elder in the Global Methodist Church, His wife Charlotte works for Dyersburg City Schools. Their son, Matthew, attends Dyersburg Middle School.

I will glorify God in every aspect of my life through complete surrender to Jesus.

I will display the love of God in my relationships with others.

I will intentionally seek to share God's story, and how God has entered into my story as I live out the mission God has crafted for me.
