Our Discipleship Pathway
We are all at different places in our spiritual journey.
Some of us are still feeling out what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Some of us are looking for opportunities to connect or serve together. Some of us have been wrestling with an ache to grow spiritually in an intentional way.
At Grace Church, no matter where you are on the journey, those opportunities will be here for you.
Discipleship at Grace:
Our Discipleship Pathway: From first time visitor to fully connected and serving member and follower of Jesus Christ, our goal to make every effort for everyone to discover their “right next thing”, when it comes to their spiritual journey. Whether it’s discovering the basics through a faith foundations class, finding a covenant group to be a part of, or discovering spiritual gifts, our church provides ways to help our people take that next step on their journey.
Information Classes & Studies: Being grounded in scripture and learning how to apply the truth of scriptures to life is an important practice of following Jesus. From time to time we host short term classes and bible studies that informational in nature and a great place to make an initial connection to deeper life of the church or study an area of interest.
Covenant Groups:
Covenant groups are an expression of our deep Wesleyan tradition.
They are not bible studies, but they are groups of 8-12 people who are in spiritual community together and seek to encourage one another and deepen their personal faith together. We answer questions like, “how do you see God working in your life right now?”
These groups are a longer term commitment of spiritual community.
We call these groups “Covenant Groups”, because you are entering into intentional spiritual friendship for 12-18 months. They are designed for those ready to make a deep commitment to their faith journey and spiritual growth. If you are interested in being a part of a covenant group, fill out our interest form here.
Covenant groups are at the heart of our life on life discipleship model that serve as the foundation for spiritual growth, practice, accountability, and pastoral care. The groups meet in homes or other locations in the community throughout the week.

Bands:
A Band is 3-4 people with deep accountable relationships.
Our bands are not a program of the church, but a source of deep accountability and intentional spiritual relationship. We have resources to help you start or join a band with those you trust and want to grow spiritually with. If you want to start or join one or just want more information, contact Pastor Charlie.
